Unknown Client; now cannot Open an Account when linked to "Unknown" Client

You can no longer Open an Account when it is linked to the "Unknown" Client.

Note, you may delete or Decline/ Unwant the Account - or edit the Account, update the Client from "Unknown" and then open it.
