Issues saving and printing Summary Pages

Printing Summary Pages did not display any 'tick' icons since these were generated using a CSS background image which most browsers will omit by default. The

 Variable or Template 'TICK' is not recognised.

template has been changed to use an HTML image tag instead.

Saving a Summary Page did not always provide the desired functionality (e.g., clicking the 'Save' button beneath the PPSR G2B Search Criteria summary page) since Internet Explorer, by default, will attempt to save a '.mht' file. This functionality has been changed so that the original Summary Page HTML will now be saved in HTML format.
