Workflows; Automatically copy file to document manager based on settings

When actioning a Workflow Item, depending on the Item's settings, the user may be prompted to enter notes and or/ attach a Document File to the item.

When a Document File is specified, clicking the 'OK' button will act as per the Global Settings, Document Manager, General setting, i.e., either do nothing, prompt the User to copy the file to the Document Manager folder for the Account or automatically copy the file to the Document Manager folder for the Account.

This behaviour in the same as that when attaching a Document File to an Account Log.
