Grids; when thousands of rows, activating last row can be slow

When a grid has thousands of rows, activating the first or last row can be very slow. For example, on the Account form, transaction, audit pages etc, when changing to that page the last row is selected - and this can be slow.

A change has been made to grid handling to speed up this area, especially where the grid is not grouped.
