Account Trial Balance Report; Accrued Interest now includes existing transactions when backdating

The Account Trial Balance Report now shows accrued interest as at a date when backdating the report and the interest has already been charged.

Previously, once Interest had been charged it would no longer show as "accrued" in the Trial Balance report. This meant backdating a report might not show any accrued interest.

Note, this applies to any report or query that uses the Accrued Interest column.
