ISServiceLog table; added ProcessedExternal1 flag to enable external processes to further validate records stored here

The ISServiceLog table contains records of calls made to other services, eg Credit Enquiries, PPSR Transactions.

A ProcessedExternal1 flag has been added to this table to enable scripts to further validate records stored here

For example, this would allow a script to find all unprocessed "PPSR Registrations", do some processing, eg update an external system, and then flag the "PPSR Registration" as processed.

To update this flag use the "finBL.AuditFunctions.UpdateProcessedExternal function.
