User Preferences; Copy User Preferences wizard; new option to copy Task Manager folders

A new option has been added to the Copy User Preferences wizard to copy Task Manager folders.

Upon clicking the 'Finish' button, the confirmation message in this wizard now lists the types of settings that will be copied.

This setting has also been added to the New User wizard.
