Credit Enquiry Add-On; VedaXMLAU, Test or Production added to error message

If the VedaXMLAU request fails then the error message displayed now includes whether the request was carried out on the Test or Production environment.

E.g.; 'Failed to execute VedaXMLAU Request (Test).'
