Reporting; Export columns list can now be sorted

The left-hand columns list on the 'Data Export' page of the report parameters form can now be sorted into alphabetical order.

A tooltip has also been added to the 'Specify columns to Export' label to alert users that any process using the exported data should not rely on the column positions to remain unchanged in future versions of finPOWER Connect.
