Queues; Script code is now defined with the Queue

Queues no longer reference a Script; they have been updated to allow Script Code to be defined as per Documents and Workflow Types.

When upgrading to a 1.6 database, any reference between a Queue and a Script will cause the Script code (and other details) to be pulled into the Queue record and the Script deleted.

This also means that Scripts no longer support the type "Queue Events".
