Report Templates; Script code is now defined with the Report Template
Report Templates no longer reference a Script; they have been updated to allow Script Code to be defined as per Documents and Workflow Types.
When upgrading to a 1.6 database, any reference between a Report Template and a Script will cause the Script code (and other details) to be pulled into the Report Template record and the Script deleted.
The following reports have been updated:

- Report Template Details
The sample Report Template (Templates\Sample Scripts\ReportTemplate_UnearnedInterestReport.xml) now contains the Script code and the related Script file has been removed from this folder.
