Securities Register; Security Item no longer in Use

A new field 'Defunct Reason' has been added to the Secuirty Item form, General page.

This is enabled when the 'No longer in Use?' checkbox is checked.

The values for this field can be defined in Information List 'SecItemDefunctReason'.

New Zealand Databases.
If the Security Item is registered with the PPSR, checking the 'No Longer in Use?' flag will cause the Financing Statement to require amendment on, or discharge from, the PPSR.

Australian Databases.
If the Security Item is registered with the PPSR, check the 'No Longer in Use?' flag will cause the Registration to require discharging from the PPSR.
