Workflows; 'Current Item Group Id' and 'Current Item Id' denormalised for report and Task Manager performance

The 'Current Item Group Id' and 'Current Item Id' of a non-closed Workflow are now stored in the database on the Workflow table. This allows for increased report performance when filtering by 'Item Groups' and also increased Task Manager performance when a folder filters by 'Item Groups'.
