Range Lookup form; Re-clicking a blank row may not toggle '<NULL>' in range text

On the Range Lookup form (e.g., to select a range of Ledgers on the Account Search form), re-clicking a blank row may not toggle '' in range text. Alsothe row may not be highlighted as selected in the grid.
