Decision Cards; new Rule Type of 'Set Outcome'

A new 'Set Outcome' Rule Type is available to Decision Cards.

This type of Rule allows the Outcome Status to be fixed, i.e., set to Pass, Fail or Refer.

Normally, the Outcome Status is determined based on the Score and the defined Pass and Fail Scores.

Once a 'Set Outcome' Rule has set the Outcome Status, processing will continue, i.e., the Score will continue to be amended by further rules.

The finDecisionOutcome business layer object has a new OutcomeStatusOverride property which, if set, overrides the result of the read-only OutcomeStatus property. Once set, the OutcomeStatusOverrideScore property is set to a snapshot of the Score at the time the Status was fixed.
