Reporting; Account Control Report; new option to show Transaction Statistics

A new option on the Account Control Report allows for Transaction Statistics to be shown.

This will display the last (maximum) Account and Bank Transaction Ids currently stored in the database which may be useful when restoring databases or comparing different versions of this report.
