Log Extended details updated on Forms and Log Details reports

The viewing of Log Extended details has been updated on Log Forms and Log Details reports.

Any Log can include extended details, e.g., the details of an Email or SMS message for which the Log was created to record.

Logs can also be attached to a Service Log, e.g., a Credit Enquiry.

The Logs forms and Log Details reports can only display one set of extended details, e.g., if the Log has recorded Email details AND has been attached to a Credit Enquiry Service Log, only the Email details will be displayed. The Audit page of the Log form and Log Details report will note that the Log is attached to a Service Log.

The Forms and Log Details reports have been brought in line with each other although, in some cases, certain types of Extended details cannot currently be viewed on the report, e.g., the results of a PPSR G2B Search.

Reports can display the following Extended details:

• Account Close quote
• Account Statement details
• Credit Enquiry details
• Decision Card outcome
• Email
• MotorWeb VIR
• SMS

NOTE: The very bottom of some HTML details on a report, e.g., a Credit Equiry, may be truncated due to limitations in displaying HTML on the report.
