Loan Adjustment wizard; incorrectly added Default Interest and Default Fees to Payment Schedule

The Loan Adjustment wizard should not add Default Interest and Default Fees to the Payment Schedule is they are "Due Immediately" as they are variable and unlikely to match that actually charged.

This issue relates back to knowledgebase article #7754 where Standard Transactions were being dropped from the Payment Schedule.
