General Ledger Export; added DateClosedTo fields to database

The General Ledger Export now updates two new fields on the GLExport table when a "Date Closed To" is entered.

The "DateClosedToOriginal" and "DateClosedTo" fields store the last non-blank date entered when exporting to General Ledger.

These fields will be used later to provide additional General Ledger Reconciliation Reporting.
