Bank Suspense Items; Items transferred to General Ledger can now be flagged as "Deleted"

Bank Suspense items that have been transferred to General Ledger, but not yet allocated, can now be flagged as "Deleted".

These items cannot be properly deleted as they are still required to reconcile to the General Ledger. However they can now be flagged as "Deleted" and therefore removed from the list of Suspense Items requiring review.

The Transaction, Suspense Items wizard now allows items that have been transferred to the GL to be flagged as "Deleted". In addition, the Filters page has an option that allows previously deleted items to be shown on the list to allocate.

Bank Account Suspense Item List Report has been updated with an option to include Deleted items.
