Credit Bureau Defaults; added option to print/ export details to Excel

There is a new option to print/ export details to Excel in the Credit Bureau Defaults wizard.

On the "Loan Defaults" page there is a new "Print" button. This runs the script named "CENTRIX.P" - and the button will only be visible if this script exists.

The script can implement any function, but the sample script included with finPOWER prompts the user to enter a filename, then creates a simple CSV file and opens it in Excel.

Note, the Script "CENTRIX.P" must be of type "External".
