finAccountTransaction Business Layer object; added Tag property

A new property "Tag" has been added to the finAccountTransaction Business Layer object.

This is an "object" value so can store any type of data against it.

This might be used to temporary hold a value whilst evaluating Account Transactions, as other properties are Read-Only.

Note, this property is not saved, it is only an in-memory value for temporary use.
