Loan Credit Card Update VBA template updated to only produce letter if the Card is used for Direct Debits

The Loan Credit Card Update VBA template (Loan_CreditCard_Update.dot) has been updated to only produce a letter if the Card is used for Direct Debits.

The template has also been updated to work for both Credit Card and POS Card Payment Types.
