Workflows form; Logs page; Add and Reply buttons added

The Logs page on the Workflows form now has Add and Reply buttons, allowing the User to add and reply to existing Logs.

These buttons will be disabled and enabled based on permissions, i.e., they will be disabled if the User does not have the 'Account.Logs.Add' permission.
