Task Manager; 'Owner' User and 'Delegated To' User filters added for Task folders

Task type folders in the Task Manager can now be filtered by 'Owner' User and 'Delegated To' User.

To create a custom folder that shows only Tasks that are delegated to another user, enter the following in the 'Delegated To' range:
