Credit Enquiry Add-On; Perform credit enquiry in test mode

The Credit Enquiry wizard will now list the available credit bureau services even when using an Evaluation Licence.

This will allow a user to perform a Credit Enquiry (if they have a valid User Id etc) when using an Evaluation Licence and the Credit Bureau setting 'Test Mode' is set to True.
