Account Trial Balance; added new "Balance (Refinance Pending)" column
When an Account is Refinanced to a new Account it can be held as "Pending". At this stage the original Account's Status is "Closed Pending" and the new Account is a "Quote".
This means that neither Accounts show on the Account Trial Balance.
A change has therefore been made to the Account Trial Balance to add a new column "Balance (Refinance Pending)". This column will print either the Balance for Open Accounts, or the Balance prior to the Refinance is a Pending Refinance.
Note, when this column is included the "Date As At" must be entered.
In addition the Account Key Details and Status summary pages now show the Balance prior to the Refinance.
