Bank Export ABA; Footer totals incorrect

The Total Debit and Total Credit amounts are being written in the wrong order in the footer record for the Australian ABA Standard export files.

The spaces used to pad the export line were being cleaned off the end of the line so the lines were not the correct fixed length .
