Admin, Users & Responsibilities; Phone numbers not formatting

When contact numbers were entered for a User via the Users & Responsibilities form, the phone numbers were not automatically formatting.

The contact numbers (phone, mobile and facsimile) will automatically format when you tab off the control if the Global Option to format phone numbers as they are entered is set to 'True'.
