Summary pages; Code no longer a Hyperlink

The Account form, Key Details page displayed the Account Code as a hyperlink.

The code will now only be a hyperlink when this script is used on a form other than the Account form.

This applied to various Key Detail scripts. The following inbuilt scripts have been updated:

• SummaryPage_Account_KeyDetails
• SummaryPage_Client_KeyDetails
• SummaryPage_SecurityStmt_KeyDetails
• SummaryPage_ExternalParty_OrganiserSummary
