Quote Accounts, Status page; hide hyperlink

The hyperlink 'Accept or Decline the Account' will not be displayed on the Status page, Summary Block if the Account has filtered out Clients.

Quotes cannot be accepted or declined if the Account has linked Clients that are filtered out for the current User.
