Reporting; Disbursement Transaction List; Monitor Category Groupings inconsistent

The way the Disbursement Transaction List query handled grouping of Monitor Categories was inconsistent with Account List query.

Both queries now work the same, i.e., grouping is performed by items named MonitorCategoryA-C and not the display caption as shown in the grouping list.
