Process Direct Debit wizard; added progress bar when refreshing the list of Accounts to process

There is now a progress bar in the Process Direct Debit wizard when refreshing the list of Account to process.

Previously finPOWER Connect would be remain responsive whilst building the list of Direct Debits to process.
