Statements; if the Statement charged a fee it should be shown on the Statement

If the Statement charged a fee it was shown on the next Statement, it should be shown on the Statement it relates to.

This has been updated so the fee is charged when the Statement log is created rather than when it's published. This means it can now be included in the Statement.
