Word 2007 and above freeze Ribbon when multiple Documents are created

Word 2007 and above freeze the Ribbon (toolbar) when multiple Documents are created, e.g., when splitting Documents by Postal Zone or when the maximum number of letters per document (defined by a constant in the Word VBA) is met.

All included Word VBA Documents now include an updated version of the ISCommonWord module (version 1.03). The SaveAllDocuments method in the DocumentPrint module has also been updated for all Documents.
