Option added to warn the User when closing finPOWER

A new User option has been added under Tools, User Options, General page "Show warning on Close?".

If checked and finPOWER is closed via the form's control menu, or using Alt+F4, finPOWER will confirm with the user whether or not they wish to close.

Note, if closing via the File, Exit menu there is no warning.
