Loan form; new custom "Run Script" buttons

The Loan form can now include four custom "Run Script" buttons on the right hand side of the form, under the existing Script button.

These are defined under Tools, Global Options, Loan 2 tab.

Note, the Credit Check websites have been moved from second Loan tab to the Clients tab.
