Bank Import; was not always finding matching Loan when expected to

The Bank Import was not always finding a matching Loan when it was expected to.

This has been confirmed to be an issue with the "QIF (Bank)" format for ANZ, but may also apply to other formats and Banks as well.

For the "QIF (Bank)" file type, this issue occurs when the "P" line, ie Payee Name, includes information that is greater than 50 characters long.
