Reporting; Account Summary Report added

A new 'Account Summary Report' has been added. This is available from the Report Explorer form, Account Financial page.

The following columns used in this report have become general columns added to the Account List query and are therefore available to Report Templates and for Data Export:
* DateQuoteReady
* QuoteNote

The following Account Filters have become general filters for all Account Reports based upon the Account List query:
* DateQuoted (Date Range)

The following Order Bys have been added for all Account Reports based upon the Account List query:
* Date Quoted
* Date Opened
