Unearned Interest Report; Report template created for Precomputed Interest Loans

A sample report template has been created for Precomputed Interest Loans.

The "Unearned Interest Report" provides a simple report of Precomputed Interest that has not yet been earned, given a date as at.

The two files are located in the samples folder and are named:

ReportTemplate_UnearnedInterestReport.xml
ReportTemplate_UnearnedInterestReport_Script.xml

Note, you need to import the script before the report template.
