Account Payment Overrides; not saving blank Regular Payment with "Manual" checked

Account Overriding Payments were not saving blank Regular Payments with "Manual" checked.

If an Account is paid by Direct Debit you can add a "Regular" Overriding Payment with the Value column left blank, and the Manual column checked, to not make the Direct Debit on a regular payment date.

Note, if you do not see the "Manual" column, right click the grid and click Column Chooser and add the "Manual" column.
