Securities Register Add-On; Security Items; Business Layer validation has been increased

Validation performed when adding Security Items via the User Interface were not all performed in the business layer which resulted in database messages displayed to the user rather than a user friendly message created in the business layer of finPOWER Connect.

A new check has also been added to ensure the Security Value cannot be greater than the Value. If a high value item was entered with a value of 200000 and the percentage to use was set to 100%, the security value was able to be amended to 200001.
