Account Income and Forecast Report; inconsistently adding/ not adding Opening Ledger item

The Account Income and Forecast Report incorrectly shows Accounting Ledger values where the Ledger splits and apportions journals at month end.

In this case it appears the "Opening" items are not added into the Report.
