Account Transactions; User Flag not showing flag icon in summary page
The Summary page for Account Transactions was not showing the coloured User Flag.
In addition the Transaction's Notes are now displayed in the summary.
Updated built-in script "SummaryPage_AccountTransactions_TransactionSummary" to Version: 1.02 (15/05/2012).
