Workflow Types; new option to close Workflows when Account is closed

The Options page of the Workflow Types form now includes an option to close Workflows of this type when the Account is closed.

When the Account is closed, all non-closed Workflows with a Workflow Type set to close when the Account is closed will be closed with an outcome of 'Account Closed'.

The Workflow Type Details report has been updated.
