Account Transfer; "Transfer" Element now support "Due Immediately" option

When transferring amounts between Accounts sometimes the transfer is moving a payment or payments and sometimes it is moving a principal amount.

At present Transfers do not affect overdues. This works fine when transferring principal amounts between Accounts. However, if transferring misallocated Payments the transfer should affect the overdue on both the From and To Account.

Note, it is always preferable to use the Account Payment Transfer wizard, even if there are several payments to transfer. Go to the Transactions page and highlight the misallocated Payment, then click the "Transfer Payment" button below the grid.

If you do decide to use the Account Transfer wizard to transfer Payments, eg because it doesn't relate to any particular payment or there are many payments to transfer, you can now set-up a Transfer Element as "Due Immediately". This means the Transfer will affect the Overdue on both sides of the Transfer.

Note, it is suggested you create a separate Transfer Element and Transaction Type called "Payment Transfer" for this purpose.
