Account Close wizard; paying a Refund via Cheque leaves the cheque as "Unprinted"

Closing an Account with a credit balance, via the Account Close wizard, and paying out the refund by Cheque leaves the cheque as "Unprinted" - even though the cheque was entered as "Already Printed".
