FIX: HTML Widgets; Bank Entry wizard; Non-Administrator Users are unable to unlock or save their current Batch
Non-Administrator Users were unable to cancel edit or save their current Batch in the Bank Entry wizard if the HTML Widget was configured with either the "Administrator Only" or "Administrator plus Batch User" options.
FIX: Parameter Sets; Mandatory option not respected
The Mandatory property for controls in a Parameter Set are not being respected.
FIX: Equifax (Veda) Australia Credit Enquiry; IDMatrix product; Gender field updated to be optional
The Equifax (Veda) Australia service, IDMatrix product has been updated to make the Gender field optional. If blank, it is not included in the request.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been added for User and Client-based Portals.
NEW: Portals; Signing out now always escapes from IFRAME

NEW: Centrix NZ Commercial Report; updated to include Positive Bureau Data
The Centrix NZ Commercial Report has been updated to implement version 2.03 dated 31/03/2021 - which includes the new Positive Bureau Data dataset.
NEW: Revolving Credit Loan Account; Minimum Payment not processed as expected
The Minimum Payment for a Revolving Credit Loan Account is calculated as expected, but when processed the Minimum Payment Transaction has a different value.
FIX: URLs to finPOWER Connect Cloud that reference the Records view will respect this regardless of Device Option to "Always default to 'Home' view after sign-in" setting
Under the User Menu, Device Options form, you can specify to "Always default to 'Home' view after sign-in, even if records are pinned".
NEW: GreenId services completely removed
GreenId services were obsoleted in August 2017 and have now been completely removed.

FIX: APLYiD; fails to handle webhook callback messages
finPOWER Connect may fail to handle webhook callback messages from APLYiD if the message contents contain a Null value where a Boolean value is expected.

The default version of jQuery used for HTML Widgets and Portals has been updated from 2.1.4 to 3.6.0.

On the Decision Card form, the "Script" page has been renamed "Script Code".

Auditing for Chargeable and Non-Chargeable activities has been removed.
NEW: Audit and Service Logs; remove link between these two tables
Previously Service Logs would store charge/ billing information in the Audit Log table. Service Log records included a link back to the Audit Log record where this information was saved.

NEW: Refunds; Element now includes an option to be not Due Immediately
Currently a Refund transaction for a Loan Account will always affect the Overdue value immediately. However, there are cases where this is not desirable.

FIX: Account Calculations; after changing Account Types, an Account may not calculate - if using Rate Tables
After changing the Account Type of an Account, it may fail to calculate.
NEW: Direct Debit Processing; now allows zero value Direct Debits to be processed
The Process Direct Debit Payments wizard now allows zero value Direct Debits to be processed.
NEW: Processes main view; Now animates icon when a background process is running and shows a bullet when items completed

NEW: SMS-based Multi-Factor Authentication added
The ability for finPOWER Connect Cloud to use SMS-based Multi-Factor Authentication has been added. This is configured under the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, General, Security page in finPOWER Connect desktop.
NEW: HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Financial page; Options now available
The widget.UI.AccountFinancial control and the corresponding New Account wizard have been updated to support the equivalent of the "Options" tab. Instead on an "Options" tab however the Financial details will show an "Advanced" button.
NEW: Login form now displays "Unavailable" message if Web Services cannot be reached or are configured to be unavailable
If Web Services are configured to be unavailable, the Login form displays a "finPOWER Connect Cloud is currently unavailable" page and indicates that "finPOWER Connect Web Services are configured to be unavailable.".
NEW: finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Processes; Options; New option to email User at end of a Background Process
Certain HTML Widgets run their main process as a Background Process under Web Services.
NEW: Bank Suspense Items; change to logic in how the Element is defined
Bank Suspense Items were only setting the Transaction Type when posting the Transaction to an Account. This meant the Element used was that defined on the Transaction Type.
FIX: Read-only Users can no longer see Processes, or update Task & Reporting 'My List' items

NEW: Maximum password length updated to 50 characters
The maximum password length for finPOWER Connect has been updated from 25 to 50 characters.
FIX: Documents; Emailing adds BCC addresses to the CC recipients list
Documents of type "Word Document" and "Excel Document" can produce Emails via business layer functionality which is typically accessed in the Document's Script code.
FIX: iPhones with no home button show horizontal bar icon over controls making them difficult to use in PWA mode
Modern iPhones generally no longer have a home button. This began with the iPhone X at the end of 2017.

When attempting to download a file from either the Reporting view, Downloads tab of the Files tab on a record from such as a Client, a menu is now presented giving the following options:

FIX: Reinvestment Deposit; Rate Table with tiers is not correctly reflected in the new Interest Rate
When a Deposit is reinvested and the Interest Type is "Rate Table", if that Rate Table has tiers - the new Interest Rate always uses the $0 tier.

FIX: Report Templates; Failed to run with "Unsafe report parameters were identified and blocked" if anything was specified on the Query page
If a Report Template defined additional fields on the Query page of the Report Templates form then attempting to run this from finPOWER Connect Cloud would result in an "Unsafe report parameters were identified and blocked" error.
NEW: SMS Message wizard (New Messaging Interface); Fee value override ignored
Changing the Fee value manually in the SMS Message wizard (New Messaging Interface) had no effect - i.e. the default fee value is always charged.
FIX: Changes to Branch Addresses or Contact Methods may not be reflected immediately in Web Services or finPOWER Connect Cloud
When updating a Client that is linked to a Branch or External Party, changes to Addresses or Contact Methods may not be reflected immediately in Web Services or finPOWER Connect Cloud.
FIX: Revolving Credit Loan Account; Payment Standard Transaction may fail to process
A Payment Standard Transaction for a Revolving Credit Loan Account fails to process if there has already been a payment processed on or after the date of the Standard Transaction.
