FIX: Account Payment Arrangement / Promise wizard can crash when initialised without an Account Id
When running the Account Payment Arrangement / Promise wizard via an Application Shortcut (e.g. when launched from a User's "My Shortcuts" pane) without an Account Id, the wizard would return a "Key not Specified" error and potentially crash to desktop.

When an Account Application is Declined or Unwanted the Preferred Account Type and Promotion values were cleared. This behaviour has changed and these values are no longer cleared.

When launched from the Application, the Account Application Accept or Decline wizard did not have its Application DBCombo read only, meaning that a User could change the Application it was being applied to.

For consistency with other events, the widget.UI.Grid's AfterRowActivate event is now passed an event object.
FIX: General Ledger Export; fails if not licensed for Accounting Interface and using new interface
The General Ledger Export includes emPOWER File, Save and Direct options by default. The Accounting Interface Add-On adds other GL interfaces such as MYOB and Xero.
NEW: Client Details Report; missing Individual Number and GST Number
The Client Details Report was missing the Individual Number and GST Number for individuals.
