FIX: Client Employment; could create a linked Client to the same Client
It was possible to create a Client Employment record linked to itself, i.e. the same Client. This should not be possible.
FIX: Account Payment Transfer; may allow already reversed Transaction to be transferred
Account Payment Transfers may allow an already reversed Transaction to be transferred again - meaning a Payment is reversed by two transactions.
FIX: External Party Personnel; Organisation should disable some fields
External Party Personnel/ Employee information include the following checkboxes:
FIX: Account Withdrawal; may fail with a "Failed to adjust Account balances" error
An Account Withdrawal may fail with a "Failed to commit Account Withdrawal. Failed to adjust Account balances. Failed to commit Batch. Cannot partially commit Batch. Value not specified." error under these circumstances:
FIX: Client Employments; If linking to an existing Client the "Name" can appear blank

FIX: Client Employments; Employment Name incorrectly updated in some scenarios
If a Client had Client Employment(s) which were not linked to an existing Client, and the name or gender were updated, then those Client Employments were updated to match. This was incorrect, and may cause a Client to loose Employment data.
NEW: Account Types; maximum Payment Grace Days period has been extended from 10 to 15 days
The maximum Payment Grace Days period has been extended from 10 to 15 business days.
NEW: Account Exception Report; enhanced "Balance Mismatch" exception
The Account Exception Report, "Balance Mismatch" exception has been updated to add the following exceptions:
FIX: Audit Page; Tooltip on Original and New columns now wraps text
On the Audit Page of forms, e.g. Accounts, Global Settings, the Tooltip for the Original and New columns now wraps text.
FIX: Account Transactions; change made in version 3.4.2 reversed
A change made in version 3.4.2 has been reversed - see [[https://www.intersoft.co.nz/Support/KbArticle.aspx?id=18608]].
FIX: External Party Employees; if edited via the linked Client, the External Party Employee Code is blanked
External Party Employees are normally entered via the External Party, Personnel page. When entered here, the "External Party Employee" page is shown The External Party Employee Code can be defined here.
FIX: Account Payment Transfers; may cause running Account Transaction Balance to be incorrectly stated
The running Balance on Account Transactions may be incorrect if a Payment has been transferred.
FIX: Defaults; Default Interest charged incorrectly
Default Interest is charged where not expected, or over charged.
FIX: PPSR B2G AU Search; Aircraft search tooltips updated
The Serial Number Type tooltip for Aircraft searches has been updated to the below text in both the finPOWER Connect form and HTML Widget:

The Credit and Data Bureau service Company Report product HTML Widget has been updated to use the Information List combobox control.
NEW: Revolving Credit Loans Accounts; option added to calculate schedule past the Maturity Date
Currently, for a Revolving Credit Loan, the Financial Schedule is calculated into the future based upon these rules:

Other Interest now supports using all three Credit Limits.

The alternate value max length of the "BankShortNames" Information List has been increased from 50 to 100 characters.

FIX: Accounts; Auditing changes
Auditing for Accounts has been updated so that all information in an audit record is recorded. Then in the Audit Summary Page the changed information is highlighted.
FIX: Loan Trial Balance Report; Revolving Credit Loans may show incorrect Accrued Interest values
The Loan Trial Balance and other Reports for Revolving Credit Loans may show Accrued Interest incorrectly.

The Credit and Data Bureau service Consumer Report product HTML Widget has been updated to allow identification items to be updated.
FIX: Clients; Auditing changes
Auditing for Clients has been updated so that all information in an audit record is recorded. Then in the Audit Summary Page the changed information is highlighted.

A new function CompareTo has been added to ISKeyValueList.

Auditing information displayed to a User in the "Audit" page, Summary Page "Details" block has been enhanced as follows:
NEW: Business Layer; LoadFile(fileName) Function added to finFileDownloadInfo
The finFileDownloadInfo Class has various Functions to allow loading of files in various states. Until now, this didn't include loading from an existing file on the file system (outside of the Document Manager).
FIX: SQL Server; improved error message when attempting to open a Database in Exclusive mode
Opening a Database in Exclusive mode in SQL Server follows this sequence of events.
NEW: Account Standard Transactions; New Basis of Credit Limit 2 and Credit Limit 3
Account Standard Transactions now support Basis of Credit Limit 2 and Credit Limit 3 - if the Account Type supports this.
FIX: Client Combine HTML Widget; spelling mistake in error message
The Client Combine HTML Widget has a spelling mistake in the error message "You do not have permssion to combine Clients." - "permission" is missing an "i".
NEW: PPSR NZ; updated to use standard validation
PPSR NZ has been updated to use standard validation for NZBN and Company Numbers.
NEW: Task Manager; may display an error for Mailbox Items
If you already have the Task Manager open and run the MotorWeb Mailbox from the Security Menu and download more items, those new items may give an error in the Summary Page within the Task Manager.
FIX: Security Statements (NZ); PPSR information incorrectly exported and imported
The Security Statement Export and Import for New Zealand does not handle PPSR information correctly
FIX: New Account wizard; various issues with Disbursement Accounts

The "PPSRB2GAUSearchView" Form, accessed from a PPSR B2G AU Search Service Log, can now be opened via Application Shortcut to allow support for the Service Log HTML Widget.
